Behind TEDxTemecula is Jim McLaughlin, a local-area business executive and coach who offers one-on-one and group coaching through Effective Action Consulting. While he was looking for a way to achieve his own business mission, Jim sought a way to elevate conversations here in the Temecula Valley.
After helping numerous entrepreneurs and local business owners, Jim realized that the TED events were a way to stimulate collaboration and innovation. These incredibly diverse and engaging events offer a way to talk more about what’s possible and how we can elevate each other.
