Fannie Warns Lenders on Investment Properties & 2nd Homes
Hello friends,
How might this affect you? Well, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the lending institution for Conventional Loans) is warning lenders that they are tightening guidelines and increasing interest rates and fees on any investment properties and 2nd homes.
It is rumored that these precautions are preparation for losses that may come now that Forbearance Mortgage restrictions are lifted.
