With Memorial Day coming up, it’s time to reflect on what it means to be a patriot. Our country enjoys such immeasurable freedom due in large part to our armed forces, including the courageous men and women who are on the front lines.
While this special three-day weekend reminds us of all those we have lost in battle, it’s also a time to celebrate those still fighting the good fight. This is what The Rotary Club of Murrieta focuses on each year with its Field of Honor and week-long events centered around Veteran’s Day.
Do you want to get involved and show your appreciation for everything those in the armed forces do for us? Then, this event is for you!
From nonprofits and businesses who want to sponsor flags and events to students and families who are looking for a way to serve their community, everyone can play a role in creating a memorable Field of Honor event.
