A Vision For Temecula Valley and California
Here in Temecula Valley, we continue to see extraordinary growth and opportunities. The wine corridor and tourist industry maintains steady expansion along with jobs, housing, and new business openings.
However, throughout California, there are many bigger issues that concern all of us as entrepreneurs, homeowners, and members of the middle-class. People and businesses are leaving California in droves due to the rising cost of living and business operations. New taxes, fees, the price of gas and groceries, and skyrocketing home prices and rents are behind this exit.
However, there are those fighting on our behalf right now like State Senator Jeff Stone. As a long-term resident of the Temecula Valley, he’s played an integral role in local development activities -- from Wine Country to the Promenade Mall. As a visionary and an advocate working for public safety, a lower cost of living, and friendly business development environment.
