Hey friends,


We all made resolutions right? Well, one of mine this year was to get in shape. And in doing so, ran across this intimate and totally awesome workout studio called “My Garage”. What’s awesome is that a group of friends started this in their garage and from it was this gem of a resource. Now I’m loving my morning workouts, new friends and the cool vibe this place brings.  


Just recently I stumbled upon this incredible health and fitness center in Murrieta called My Garage. It caught my attention as I saw high-energy, happy faces coming out of there. Since finding My Garage, I’ve committed to a 5 AM routine, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.



Not feeling the early hours, not to worry they offer many classes at different times. Check out these guys at www.mygaragefit.com and come join me (if you dare) at 5am!
